Got mine from http://www.tidelinebooks.co.uk but it looks like they dont stock it any more , have a look at this post for more info. http://www.practicalmachinist.com/vb/showthread.php?t=126328&page=4
It seams to be out of print at the moment , VCR act is hitting airguning hard 🙁
