what lube

What do all of you use for lube on your AF guns? Like on the orings. In the AF vids they say to use divers silicone.

I use ,,Sleek ,silicone,no dive shops close by..I get mine from http://www.firstcallpaintball.com,or alot of paintball suppliers sell it.
