What a pisser
Been calling around to various AG dealers this morning looking for 18″ .22 cal LW barrels. Most are out of stock, but so far, I’ve found 2 dealers with them in stock along with two sellers on EBAY that have them in stock.
Prices range from $132.95 to 155.94 for the barrels. Since the AF dealer in Ft. Worth Tx is just up the road a couple hundred miles from me, I decided to give them a call. Nice lady I spoke with but got nowhere with her in trying to get her to do like wal-mart and match competitors prices.
Fact is, with the AF dealer so near me, they were going to be MUCH higher than anyone else to buy from to the tune of about $35 bucks !!!!

Never had a Condor, but I think so, just push the tube in till it hits the barrel bushing, and use original cap set screw to help secure in place. I also used aluminum tape around tube for a more perfect fit, since there was just a tad of slop. Seems the ID of frame is ever so slightly bigger than 1″ OD of tube, at least in my gun, but this probably isn’t nessasary.

Here’s a pic of mine, 18″ barrel with 12″ of black anodized alumi tubing, ($7.00 for 6 ft) freind machined alumi cap for me, didn’t cost me anything 😉 . It’s just as quiet, or quieter, than the stock 12″ SS, no baffles or anything.

The 18″ is a right nice size. Have you tried posting a want ad? all you need to keep her quiet is 12″ of ali tubing 😉

Pyramid is where it is coming from. Did add the extra $5, so hopefully I will have it by this weekend. Just sucks that 200 miles away from me, the AF people have to be like this.

Still havent mounted to Alu. Tube yet. Still using the full Dia. I made a few months back. It has full baffels and washers. Very quiet, and only 7″ long.
