Went to the new Bass Pro today…
Figured I’d check it out for something to do as I’m home alone because of work while the wife is away visiting her side of the family with the kids.
Its pretty big, but not as big as the Kittery Trading Post which is where I usually go, but at least BassPro is closer.
Has TONS of fishing gear which is nice AND a very nice fly fishing section which is somewhat lacking or missing altogether in the other fishing stores I’ve been too stateside.
As far as Airguns go, its not that good. No PCP’s and only a few RWS rifles as far as quality ones go (48 and 54 plus a 350). Tons of Gamo’s but no CFX. They have a picture of a FOX on the Gamo Viper “Air Shotgun” box…. 😯 . For pistols they just have the Crosman 1377 and the RWS 5G Magnum.
Tons of “real” guns and a nice Archery section. Black Powder is just the low end stuff.
Even though I didnt get anything airgun related I still managed to part with a rather large amount of cash 😈 .

BTW, the inside of that BAss shop rocks! Do they stock the ponds with fish?
That was too easy….. You can pick up the $5 whenever your in town, lol.
YN did you know that it is very tough to get a outside elevation shot of that stadium on the web…? Guess the inside is what matters although it does have a nice ‘outside’ look as well…
