Q:

Weatherizing

Any ideas on how to better protect these rifles from the weather, specifically rain?

I should be more specific. I was thinking more towards protecting the breech area more than anything else.

What Adam said! For the bbl. I use (on my pb’s) Flitz was on the high polished guns. On the brush finished guns, FP-10 from shooters choice. It passes the 1000 hr. salt water ppray test!

The frame is already protected from the elements being anodized. If you have a long barrel such as a condor then you can rub a coat of divers silicon on the blue barrel and it will protect it from moisture.

Scope mounted umbrella, worked for me. 😛
