Q:

Trigger mod – thanks YN

Finally I did the trigger modification described by Yellow Ninja (see quick ref section).

I only did overtravel since I don’t feel I need preload. I have to say that it was one of the best mods so far. Thanks a lot YN !

The firing is SO MUCH better now. Only negative point is that it’s dark already and I cannot shoot anymore until tomorrow 😆

Glad you guys did it and everything went well with the modificaton…

I did it on the used Talon SS I bought as soon as I got it, but left my Condor alone because I didnt want to void the warranty, but after shooting the SS for a long time and then going to the Condor I just couldnt stand it anymore and went ahead and did that too.

AF used to do the overtravel adjustment…. then stopped.

To me its got to be the #1 mod you can do to improve an AF rifle.

😆 You’re so right!
I already have power LED with integrated lens and external collimator lens. Just haven’t have time to put them together yet

Adam; I also regret I didn’t do it sooner. That mod should be requirement to join TAG-forum for peoples own good 😛

Actually it’s a shame AF don’t do it in factory. Would be the cheapest way to improve the gun a lot. They should also add preload setting while they are at it.

Mike,

I did it also only doing over travel and like it very much. I left the long first stage due to my son liking it. He feel safer having a definite longer first stage. But the over travel improves accuracy and I like it a lot. I should have done it sooner.
