Q:

Top 5 pellets you use and have on hand?

What are the top 5 pellets you use and have on hand for your Condor, Talon, or TSS?

I will start for my .22 Talon SS I like:

1. Crosman .22 Copperhead Field Hunting Pointed
(I can get them locally)

2. Beeman .22 Kodiak Extra Heavy
(easy to load, and they punch through stuff)

3. JSB .22 Predator
(accurate, and I’ve seen how they work on squirrels)

4. Crosman .22 Premier Domed
(big box, and they shoot well)

5. RWS .22 Superdome.

Thanks,
Roger

Stock Talon SS .22 cal In order of preference:

1. Kodiak extra heavy

2. Crossman Premier Domed

3. JSB Predators

4. Crow Magnum

5. Eun Jin

Worse and will never use again in a TSS, Beeman Silver Ace and RWS Superpoint extra

For my AAA26 Condor, there’s only 2 pellets to use.

1) 42g EJ’s

2) 37g EJ’s

In my TalonSS it’s

1) JSB Predators

2) Kodiak Extra Heavies

3) Crow Magnums

Certainly haven’t tried all the pellets out there, but these 3 in the different weights for different distances/applications seem to be all I really need. I would like to try the heavier Eun Jins, especially since I now have a longer barrel.

1/ Crosman 14.3 Hunting pointed pellets, also work great in my 2250, and can also get them locally.

2/ Beeman Kodiaks

3/ JSB Jumbo Exacts

Been playing with RWS Superdomes, but don’t seem to be quite as consistent in accuracy as the above 3.

My current springer seems to love Air Arms 16 gr. Diabolo hunter pellets. They fly perfectly flat out to 30 yards, which is more than enough for me.

i like this for my LW 20″ .20

1.- JSB EXACTS .20
2.-H&N BARRACUDAS (BEEMAN KODIAK) .20
3.-CROSMAN PREMIERS .20
4.-BENJAMIN (WIRD BUT TRUE) .20
5.- BEEMAN RAM JETS (ONLY WITH THE CO2 CONFIGURATION) GESS WATH? YES .20 TOO…

Kodiak 31 gr. and EJ 42 gr. Doesn’t get any better than these two.

I only have two as well. Kodiak’s and the 42.8gr EunJins. 😀

For my TSS with 24″ .22 barrel, there’s really only two, Kodiaks or Eun Jins. For my .177 TSS, CPH’s, Kodiaks, or CPL’s all seem to work well.
