The stupid sear spring….
I had a couple of times the gun did not want to cock. So I took the little sear spring and gave it a little strectch….viola it is perfect now. I did not even move it to the other position.
Just an option to consider.

Mine started cocking after I polished out the burr on the sear. I think it was enough that the hammer would be caught and not go far enough to lock, it was just a tiny little thing too.
I probably polished off the surface hardening or something. Going to have to sand it down every month with that cheap steel they have. 😛
