Q:

The $8 Grip

Makes handling 1000% nicer and it definitely won’t move once you get the sucker on (you’ll need pliers to get it on but soooo worht the effort!).

Take note that this grip is designed for the FRONT grip on a tactical shotgun. The rear grip won’t work.

I found this one at the local gunshop for $8 and I felt like I was stealing while purchasing it! And like the Airforce rifles, made in the good ol’ USA!

Damn, the $5.59 grip! You may have ordered to soon Trig, At the rate we’re going I’ll find a $1.29 grip. Anyways, good find, looks like I’ll be using your link this time lol.

Found a new source, They are in stock and they are cheaper…….. Order is sent.

Why the hell do some of these sites not show a ‘out of stock’ next to merchandise that’s gone? No one should have to go thru the hoops of buying just to get a email saying they’re out. 😡 😡 😡

Anyways, you might wanna google Tac Star #1081265, maybe you’ll find a better deal, who knows. That’s how I found the 2nd link

Well shit Saug, I just screwed myself by bragging about saving some money. The a$$holes just now emailed me back from the first link you provided and I ordered from that they are out of stock and they cancelled my order because they do not have a time period for replacements……….

Guess your second link will have to do now ……… 😳 😳

Actually a little over 6 bucks higher than the other link I ordered from Saug. This latest one has a $5 handling fee added along with a little over a buck higher in shipping charges………

Butcher, I definitly want the one on the right, that’s why I was wondering about 2 grips in one photo, with a box for 1 order, kinda confusing. If I get both, fine, but if for some reason I only get the one on the left I’ll be pissed. Rick, it does look like a 2 grip package per order deal.

Thanks to both you guys

Saugus18,

I suggest you get the one on the right. The top part of the design really makes a difference in support and feel.

Well, I’ll be happy either way they send them, but the way I read the description, it is the front & rear package deal. If that is so, my kid will get the rear for his paintball gun and the Talons get the front.

So when you orderd the grip, do you have a choice of which one, or do you get both, or what? I don’t see a choice between the two.

Hey Saug and Butcher-

Thanks to Butcher for posting this and letting us see his “package”….LOL And thanks to Saug for the link to the right grip. Just placed an order for a couple.

Thanks again guys !!!

So Butcher, is that the grip you have in the link I posted? The grip on the right. Same model # as seen on…. eh hem… your ‘package.’ lol

[quote=”Triggerman”]Hey Butcher, I REEEEALY like that. Got a question though.

In looking at your package,

Triggerman; I know it’s impressive and all, but you gotta stop looking at my package LOL!

I got the grip a long time ago but I think I recall that it was designed fo a Mossberg; I googled it and it appears my memory still works.

The top does angle out and is “hollow” at the top, but still provides the support needed when firing/carrying.

I don’t think it would be to tough to put some type of filler in that part once you have the grip on. I may do that soon and let you know how it goes.

I want one of these to! Rick, the grip must be the one on the right in this picture right? The model # does match. It just looks to me like the top is angled a bit more, but maybe that changes when putting it on (?)

Hey Butcher, I REEEEALY like that. Got a question though.

In looking at your package, it gives an item # of 1081265 for the front grip.

I’m looking at several websites and find Tac Star grips, but all have different item numbers than yours with different item numbers on grips for Remington, Winchester and Mossberg shotgun front grips.

http://tacstar.com/tacstar/grips.htm

Is there any indication on your package which of these guns your grip was made for?

THanks alot buddy,

Rick
