Talon SS Low Velocity Above 160 Bar

Hi
If I fill mt Talon above about 160 bar the first 10 or so shots are at a very low velocity. Power then increases once the tank hits it would appear around 140-150 bar and power is then consistent for about 30 shots.

Do I need to play with the top hat adjustment. My gun has a 12 inch barrel and is set around 21ftlb.

It looks like you have found the start of the power curve…
Try filling to 150-155 bar.
@ 160 bar, your hammer is not hitting hard enough to open the
valve completely…This is an expected occurance…Once the pressure
in the tank is lowered with the first 10 shots the hammer is able
to completely open the valve and that is when you are seeing
the velocity increase….I would try this before you start changing
the Top Hat…
