Swapping out parts.
Okay, now that my daughter is getting a Talon, I would like to know how easy the fore arm and pistol grip are to swap out. I need an extra set (one to paint pink………..per the Princess). She wears pink and black some and doesn’t think it will be an issue. 🙄
Also, somewhere on the boards here, (I think it’s the Big Guy’s rifle 😀 ) is a type of slip on cheek rest:

Cool, thanks fellas. I was hoping for some quick change-outs as the “little buddy” will get the rifle when “the princess” moves up. 😀

I think you are looking for the FX Gladiator cheek rest. Anthony at Talontunes and Airguns of Arizona sell them.
it’s very easy to remove the forearm and grip, the forearm takes a 1/8″ allen, and the grip takes a 5/32″. if your going for something other than stock for the replacement on the grip, there is going to be some modifications done to said grip. AR stiles are a good starting point.

Take a look at the quick ref section of the forum! There you’ll find pics. If I remember correctly, you’ll find a post about epoxing a pistol grip to fit the Talon.
By the way, I know what you’re talking about the pink stuff! I LMAO when I saw my girlfriend’s childhood pics… tiny little girl always in pink. Well… it’s not THAT funny cause she is 31 and still wear pink stuff!
