Q:

shroud building for dummies

okay, so I get the whole concept of how to build a shroud, what you need to do, etc. I just dont get how to keep them washers in there without moving around. Anyone have any really lameo step by step instructions for an idiot like me?

And don’t overlook tuning your valve with a Chronograph. I found one of my tanks to be much quieter than the other BUT with the same power level. Go figure.

It is really easy and cost effective to get that Talon SS quiet.

If you are using a spring for the expansion chamber, that will hold the washers tight against the end cap. If you are using some other material like pvc, just keep stacking washers and O rings until you get to the end of the barrel and can still fit the end cap on.
