Scope Dovetail angle?

Anyone know off hand what angle scope dovetails are? I see cutters for 45 and 60 degree’s…upon searching I havn’t find any clues what was a common gun one…

I guess it would make sense to put a firearm mount on them but I’m wanting to make some accessories to mount on the guns.

Just a question here out of my ignorance but if folks are building a gun from scratch why do you put an airgun style rail on it and not a firearm one? Arent there a ton more options out there for the firearm style rails?
