Refill Tank
Good Afternoon Everyone,
I am a newbee here and this is my first post. I am getting ready to purchase a Talon SS. I am in the process of putting together a list of everything I will need for it. I am just not sure on what to get for the refill (dive) tank. Any advise or information would be great and if you can add anything that I might need please feel to mention it.
Thanx
Jeff

Thank you for the Welcome AKULA. That’s fine if some people like ‘Gay Gun’ look. I still think I am going to pass on it .
AZ.17; Welcome! Some folks like the ‘Gay Gun’ look. AKULA
PINK TONE BLUING 😆 !!!!!!!!!!!!! I think I will be taking them out side to look at them. That’s some real helpful advise. THANK YOU Shadoh
Since your going to actually be able to see your gun before you pay for it be sure to take it out into the sunlight to look at it. There were several batches of guns that had a serious pink tone to the bluing. If it does just have them pull out another one till you get one you like. They might grumble a bit (they wont) but they will be happy to do that for you.
Talk to the guys at AoA. One of the guys there bought a 3700 PSI tank from someplace here locally that sounded like a really good deal. Of course I cant remember either name atm. The shorter stocky guy with dark hair. I think he works part time during the week.
Also, there is a sporting goods store at Gilbert and the 202, next to Walmart, that fills for like 6 bucks. From what Ive been told anyway. I think its called Sports Chalet? I could be wrong.[/quote]
Thanx for the heads up Shadoh. I might be going down there tomorrow after work to check them out and maybe buy my Talon SS. They are right buy the gun store that I do all of my business with. I think that is the Sports Chalet.
Thanx again
Jeff

They dive for the corpse’s of all the stupid arse people who try to cross flooded creek and river beds during the monsoons. Oh, and we do have a few big lakes here as well, although I dont know if I would dive in them.
Wow. That’s quite a difference. Here in Finland the difference is much smaller. And divers are selling their 4500psi tanks away and switching to 3000psi all the time. So you can get one for a reasonable price.
So where do they dive in AZ?
I’m going to go for the 3300 psi tank Adam. Luckly I know where there is a dive shop less than 20 minutes away from my house and Airguns of Arizona is less than 10 minutes away. I think that about covers everything I need. Now all I need is the $$$
3000? Wouldn’t 4500psi scuba tank be much better? The price should not be much different. From 4500psi tank (12litres) you can fill 30-40 times depending of how low pressure you shoot.
And welcome Jeff!
I know a 4350psi scuba runs about $339 but they are hard to get and many places do carry them. A 3000 psi tank runs about $120 around here and the 3300 psi tanks around $200. A carbon fiber tank is a great way to go but not everyone can get them filled.
Thank you for the welcome everyone. I think I am going to pass on the hand pump. I am a little on the lazy side and that looks like to much like work for me 😆
imo if your able bodied then a hand pump is far better for convinience
not had to take my hand pump back to the shop for a refill as yet 😉
Thanx Adam for the info. That helps me out alot

Shadoh is right we do have a lot of stupid people out here when the monsoons come. Last one I saw on the news was some guy thinking he was the man with his new HUMMER and tried to cross a raging river bed. Well needless to say the Helicopter had to come and save his arse and we all got to watch his new HUMMER go by-by . I would not dive in the lakes around here either. I have seen people doing it though
