Pyramid Air now has JSB 22 in Stock

I just got an email from PA. Now they have JSB Diablo 500 count in stock.
Ain’t that just great. They called me last week and canceled my order for 6000 that i have been waiting for for a month. Too late for them now as I ordered them from Mac 1.

I think they have a problem. They don’t know what they are doing.

your right it all depends on which service rep or package packer you get. today I called and explained the situation again and bam the rep said your will have the pellets 2 day delivery and i am going to go pick them out myself to ensure they are .22. Wow if she comes thru I will stay with them… I should have got her direct #, seems she is the only one there that gives a damn… she is probably just a temp though.

Pyramidair just sent me an email and send I took the last 3 pouches…Oooops. ๐Ÿ˜† ๐Ÿ˜† ๐Ÿ˜† ๐Ÿ˜† ๐Ÿ˜† ๐Ÿ˜†

I ordered 1600 rounds of crow magnum (maybe it was a good thing they didn’t have a complete order after reading the reviews here) and six pellet pouches. A OK. Then I get an e-mail saying back ordered. I check the site, shows all items in stock. I call and ask why they said because i ordered six pouches and they only have five. So I changed it to five pouches and 400 rounds of crow magnum and added a clamp. She says OK the order was accepted and will ship in 24 hours. THEN I get another e-mail saying back ordered. !@#$%^&*()&^^#$@#%% Call them again….they say we only have three pouches. I said ship what you have or don’t ship any i don’t care just get the pellets and clamp on the way. DAMN IT JIM!!!!!

Little piece of advice to get them moving. Let them know their mistake is causing you a lot of grief and you are the one having to waste your time telling them how to do their job. Let them know you are going to post a negative report about them on the Yellow Forum Board of Inquiry if they do not remedy this Immediatley.

That sounds like a warehouse problem i.e. wrong item correct invoice. Youโ€™d think someone can read and spot the error ๐Ÿ™„

Thanks for the update i ordered 8 tins in .22. I Had backordered several tins of the 250 count from last year and out of the blue in february they called said we have the same pellet in 500 count for the same price would you like those. I said sure but got 177 instead of 22, and had hell of a time getting a credit back for those. They keep saying I ordered 177. I finally got the credit, but i agree good proics but they are clueless. We’ll see what i get this time probably 177 again.

The guys from PA are not very serios in their activity……. ๐Ÿ‘ฟ

Got that E-mail as well. There still $12.99 but for how long!
