Q:

Pellets to Canada…

What is the best way to ship pellets from U.S. to Canada?
UPS bumped my package and said no airgun items to Canada.
Thanks for the help.

I get them all the time via USPS marked lead samples DO NOT say anything with GUN in it and it will sail thru 25.00 value as well and samples.

Tony,

Pellets are not restricted at all in Canada, Pyramid air ships them n/p,
they use Fedex,

USPS would be the cheaper route thou 😯

If you want you can test this out by shippin me some, I’m in 😈

They require an accurate description…. it doesnt have to be a product description so I just put lead shot, lead pellet would work. Theres no need to write Air or Gun on it.

Airguns themselves are somewhat restricted, but pellets and accessories are not.

I’ve sent barrels, Night Vision, scopes, spares etc to canada with no problem via USPS.

I use FedEx for all my airgun shipping.

Thanks,
But are pellets to Canada restricted?
What do you write on the customs declaration?

USPS flate rate global priority envelope is pretty good for less than 4 lbs.

Or another USPS method might be cheaper and not take as long, not sure how much your shipping though.

I tried shipping a NV scope to Canada through UPS, the clerk accepted it, but it showed up on my door step a day later and it ended up having to go USPS.

They have an online price thing – http://www.usps.gov
