Nikon customer service

I lost one of the long screws on my p series nikon scope mounts, so I called nikon yesterday to see about getting a replacment.
The lady said she couldnt find a part # to just replace that screw. So today UPS delivers a box from nikon with a new p series mount N/C 😯
less than 24hrs from my phone call!
Now thats customer service.

Good Service from Nikon! That’s a first. Never have I ever heard of good coustomer service from Nikon. Glad to hear that they are finally stepping up! Now if they would only take care of their Scopes as well. 😆
