Q:

New Member, Greetings from Oakland, CA.

Greetings TAG members, nice forum you have here, nice work from some crafty fellas too, an inspiration to mod my Talon SS when it finally gets here.

Looking to get a Talon SS with the stock .177 cal 12″ barrel, a .22 cal 18″ barrel, bipod, pump and extra tank.

I figure the smaller cal in the smaller barrel will get me quick .177 cal pellets and the 18″ .22 cal barrel will get me good .22 cal velocities… Is this a correct assumption?

Looking forward to reading more of the great surplus of good stuff and funny stuff.

Happy shooting!

Jim

Can’t wait to get the Talon, tired of shooting my crappy rifle with the great scope. 😆

Oh I love that stuff. I use to ride a lot before years ago and stopped ….got fat…Hmmm I bet one thing has to do with another 😆

Love the look of the frame and jig. Making the tools is almost as fun as making the project…lol

Ah, I see, I though it was a joke when someone said you made them, man I wish I had a mill again. I had the fun of setting up a shop to make custom mountain bike frames. I designed and machined the frame tacking fixture from aluminum, probably 300 hours just for the fixture. Then we made a dozen frames, only a few were the same and I made my own full suspension MTB just before I left to finish school.

Made a few bridges for guitars and did some neat inlay work with the mill on electric guitar bodies as well…

No wonder your rig looks so killer!
