New Condor valve
I bought my .22 Condor nine
months ago and can only fill it to 2300 psi
and would like to have one of the
new valves in it. Do I have to send the
the whole gun in or can I just send
them the tank or maybe just the valve.
The reason that I ask is because
I use it for pest control and use it
almost every day.
Also, what is the turn around time
between sending it in and receiving it
back?

I got mine in Feb. ’07 and could only fill to 2000!
They shipped me a new bottle 1 day after they received it. Made a HUGE difference! Very happy now.
U might want to have your receipt/serial number handy when you call.

Didn’t know about that at the time. I had some time off from work last March, was reading one of Gaylord’s blogs on Pyramid Air about the Condor. And I said to myself “Man you gotta have one of those”. But I don’t now remember the reason I bought from AF instead of a retailer. I’m sure there was one….. but that was 8 months ago.

Why would you buy directly from AF when it has to be cheaper from a retailer?
You can send the bottle in by itself. It only took them a week or so to replace my tank. Talk to Rachael @ AF and she will take care of it. I got lucky, I thought they would only replace the valve, but they sent me a brand new tank with a brand new valve. Also, I bought my Condor directly from AF.
