I always wonder how .257 would shoot compared to .357 and .457 in my other bigbores.

Do you have a LEE sizer?

I have a .257 Lyman mold that casts 65 grain bullets. I casted 20 lbs of bullets but have no barrel or sizer for them. I may sell the mold and bullets.

I also ordered that same mold this week. Hoping its not a flop. Of course its going to cost an arm and a leg to get HP pins put on a 4 cavity mold! lol

They shoot pretty well in my gun. I like them. Out of 2 different test for 2 different testers, 1 showed a BC to be higher than the Lyman 257420 Gas Check and the other Tester showed it to be slightly lower.

I on the other hand can’t imaging how a BT that looks ALMOST like a GC could have a LOWER BC. So I tend to believe MY TEST RESULTS
