my new toy
Hi everyone, new here, i got my talon last Wednesday and was quite impressed apart from the horrid plastic grip, which had to go.
I had started a pistol grip for a different project, but a few modifications and a few hours later and it was fitted.
A couple of days later i turned my attention to barrel end of the gun and decided to start a barrel shroud, still some work to be done here but its coming along and feels better than when i got it.

well i had a bit of time spare this week, so i decided to finish off my shroud.
there wasn’t much left to do once i sorted the baffles , it was pretty much just the painting left but i wanted to mount my laser underneath so i used some epoxy to glue some 1/4 ” square section to the shroud and some 1/4″ internal width channel to my laser, once fitted my laser will just push on and off with the aid of some hook and loop, laser seems to hold zero so all looks well.
Sharp, i have a set to post very soon. Mahogany with some cocobolo endcaps.
Nice carve on that grip. I like the lines alot ❗
