Most current forum for Shrouds and Moderators

The last post in this forum section was in 2019.  Is there a reason why there are no recent posts on the topic; or have I stumbled into an archived section by accident?  If the latter, where do I find current posts on the topic?

I see there is a forum and a blog.  What is the difference?
