Q:

mods for dummies (like me)

there are some very good mods going on here. I wish there was a site “mod for dummies” where guys like myself, wanting to purchase valves or other items can refer to a site (such as a link to You Tube)that would have video instructions.
It is one thing to read how a valve can be changed but it would be better to actually see how it is done. I think it could boost people’s business as in my case, sending airtanks for a valve modification is not an option however buying a modified valve and knowing how to replace it is.
Just my thoughts…

GWB, if you look at the assembly of the components and understand them the words and pics should be enough. If not, your likely not going to end up with a satisfactory job, maybe even a accident where the valve mod is concerned. Only you can know if your mechanicly inclined enough to accomplish the mods. Wishing you were is not enough, weather this is the case or not i can not say. I learned as i went along starting with the trigger mod, carefully noting where each and every piece went, how they correspond with each other, where to polish and where to install the set screws. As the pics show exactly where to drill your holes. My background in construction and home improvement is a big plus in understanding how the AG works as well as how to do the mods.

Adam, 😆 😆 you wish 😛 Only if you look as good as her and have the same anatomy. 8) I hitt on her lastnite 😉

I know last time I learned something from a video my wife hit me 😛 She knew I just could not come up with that stuff by myself 😆

Would that have anything to do with rubber gloves and a killer whale?? 😛

Dude, Are you hitting on me? 😛

The basic rule of thumb around here is that if I can do a mod, then it’s safe for all but the most inept idiots to do it… 😆

Disassembly of our guns, barrel swaps, etc are easily done…

If someone is unable to follow pictoral directions to remove a barrel or a valve etc on the AF line of guns then they probably would be safer leaving things alone.
