Q:

Looking for suggestions on mounting a Vid. Cam.

Next year I’d like to make it a point to get a Video Cam. mounted to my gun. AND to get out more often. I have a digital mini disc cam. Is that good enough or do I need to start over? I know NOTHING about what I want/need to do, other than I know the cam needs to look through the scope. I’m open to all ideas and suggestions. Thanks in advance and Merry Christmas to ALL.

Marauder .25 at 35 yards. New barrel should be here in a few days.

Right on. Will you post another vid. after you install it?

You bet. Should be here Fri, so hopefully I’ll get a chance over the weekend.

Yea, I think I hosed my barrel clearing a stuck pellet when my o-ring let go. Here’s my best string.

Ben, that’s your gun? Is it a Condor? Talon? If it is, I never would of guessed the thing jumped around that much. What is the distance and what magafication were you using? I really like being able the watch the pellet in flight. I think you are right about ruining your barrel. What exactly did you do to clear it?

Ultra mags were spiralling.

Definately a problem there. Very cool to be able to watch the pellet in flight though. I wonder how much mag. is required to be able to see the pellet??? Beiuler???? Beiuler???

Then you can take shots like these and see what happens to those fliers.

I’d like to see more shot videos like that only with some of our favorite pellets.

What with the FPS listed for the eight shot string, they were very consistent, including #6 that took a left turn. And they were all sorted and matched within a tenth of a grain. I wonder if #6 was loaded backwards or something?

Maybe more video like this one could help us sort out what causes fliers.

I’d say that was somewhat more than just fliers!
Lucky to be on paper by the look of it!!
