Lizzy topless

Well, just wanted to show off Lizzy’s new stock. I could not be more pleased with the way it looks. Just another one of those things that I saw and had to have. The big surprise was just how great it feels when shouldered. By resting my forearm along the stock, it helps me to be a little more stable on off hand shots. Bodhisdad did a fine job on this one, when coupled with Tony’s fine work. Lizzy is a hell of an airgun. A friend asked why put that kind of money into her. For me it’s all about pride in ownership. The only way I could be more proud of her would be if I had done the work myself. Not much chance of that happening. Remember me? I’m the one who dropped the hammer on my thumb while loading her. So, to all of you that can- keep up the good work! Those of us that can’t will keep saving our pennies. There is always going be a market for the fine craftsmanship that so many of you are producing. Thanks Tony, Clint and all you other mod monsters. 😀 😀
