JSB "BIG BOY" .22 Predators on the way
Spoke to Dick today w/ Predator Pellets. He’s going to send me some of his new .22 predator BIG BOYs to beta test. (Heavier predator pellets). I’ll post some pics when I get them. (and hopefully some dead pigeons to follow as well!)

In the pic from above, looking down at them the “big boy” looks SO much bigger than the Kodiak i’d swear we’re comparing a .22 KD to a .25 BB.

Am I missing something? I thought the whole thing behind a Predator pellet was the sharp tip with the hollow lip around the edge for mushroom expansion… if I didn’t know any better I’d think the new ‘Big Boy’ Predator was maybe the new ‘Big Boy’ Kodiak. Still want to try them for sure.

That pellet should have a great B.C. no? Looks great to me. What’s the weight?
Dick said they are still working on the mold for the Big Boys..which is good because they were a bit loose in my barrel. When shot, on impact, they compress very cleanly.
Notice the huge size difference between the new big boys and the wallymert (walmart) flat tipped.

on a side note, I asked about .25 poly tipped preds. I was told it was too expensive to do and not enough demand. about $40-50k to get it going. so if you really want to spend some $$ and get some made, let me know! (joke)

i got an email saying these guys are not going to be poly tipped. bummer. i really love the current poly tipped preds. i should be gettiing the “big boys” this week to beta test. i’ll let you guys know how it goes.

Same thing running threw my mind, the BigBoy will not have the same impact characteristics as the .22 or .177 Predator which share the same impact characteristics on impact…… and yes I want a can as soon as they come off the product line but to me they look like they should be called
“.22 JSB BIGBOYS”
