That looks really nice riffraff. I wanted to make a CF shroud for my S-10, but the stuff was too expensive for me and I ended up using Alu. Freebies are awesome !

I only found 2 tubes this size, and the customer only orders once a year.
I do have a ton of similar sizes, but nothing that fits inside the frame tightly.
I have access to a lot of tubes with ID of 1.142″, OD of appx 1.25″. All that would be needed is machining a connecting sleeve and hardware that fit inside the tube, plus an endcap. The mast tip plugs I have wont fit these tubes.
Only real problem is, I cant legally sell this stuff even though employees are using them for potato stakes in their gardens. Charging only shipping is an option, I will see if the boss is ok with this. Usually he wont let scrap parts go unless he is sure our competition wont see them.
No worries, those other sizes are fine, and even smaller or larger than the internal of the tube is fine too. I just need some good tubes that I can experiment with that aren’t PVC or Aluminum (aluminium for those across the pond 😉 ) So if your boss will allow you to rummage through there for any size tube and just ‘give’ them to me, and I ‘pay’ for shipping, that would be great!!

please elaborate more… I made one for mine that is working grate, but I’m not so down with the fact that the rifle is measuring in at 47″.
can the same results be achieved with a shorter, tube that is sporting girth?
Looks great sounds like you have the mod bug yup the mod bug no hope for you now by spring we wont even recognize your rifle. Well get after it and keep the pics coming. 😀 😀

About how far does the shroud extend past the barrel?

Beautiful! I need to sort out my Condor, but I want it to be shorter and with a much larger diameter. About 3″ should do….

Most other mods were done by the original owner, but I changed the way the Morgan was mounted. It used to have a thick ugly aluminum frame connecting it to the grip but it just got in my way.

I love quiet airguns. I do suggest you secure the end cap somehow. Over time the force of the air will work things loose.
