The front end of my Condor frame is 1.007″.

Cool Cygnus you have some good numbers…I’ll check mine still but I think I’m going to find them in the range you listed.

Jim.

i have seen from .993 to 1.008 in rifles i have messed with

the only time i belive it has to really precise is with the barrel bushings….with hammer and breech parts .990 has been fine for me

quote RiffRaff:

My Condor is about 2 years old, inside ID 1.009″ at the muzzle end.

I dont know if the entire tube is consistent though, it feels a little tighter in the hammer area.

Yeah mines about this size too, a 1″ tube 7″ long will deviate 1/32″ up and down where the pellet exits the end with the .009″ slop… I had to use some tape to get a good fit with a 1″ tube to keep everything centered…

well i dont think the tolerances are too tight on the extrusion it seems to be roughly 1″ i think ill give mine a better measure tonight

There is no “exact” the inside of the frames vary by prolly .010 or so from frame to frame. I don’t have my Dial calipers here but .995 comes to mind. I have one gun that the same shroud takes 2 wraps of scotch tape to make it not wobble…the other gun the pipe BARELY slides in with a lb or 2 of force and twisting and no tape.

Be cool if all who do have calipers would measure there frames and post the #’s… I’ll post 4 frame ID’s this Thursday or Friday when I get home.

Jim.
