In .22 on low power, what are the real time FPS #s for …
… the Condor on HPA?
I am really giving a Condor serious consideration. And, I think if I do this, I would like to go ahead with HPA. AF told me that on full power, the Condor is as loud as a .22 rimfire. My neighbors might get annoyed (or maybe not) with that much noise. And, since, I only shoot paper, etc,,, to 50yds. max velocity in the backyard isn’t a priority. 🙂

I changed the valve spring back to the stock light spring and am able to shoot over 1000 fps again. If you want to make your condor quiet on low power and HPA, consider getting an RWS muzzle brake from MAC1 for $60.
Appreciate it, Joe! What do you think of a scuba tank like this? Will this work for HPA applications with the Condor?

I changed the valve spring for my condor’s tank to a heavier spring for .177 cals. On the lowest setting at 2200 psi, I was shooting 300-400 fps. The most it shot was 890 to 930 fps on high power.

Worry not, the Condor can be set to low power also by a quick adjustment of the tophat on the valve on the air bottle asides from doing so via the power wheel. And if you want it to be really quiet, the good thing is that the gun can be shrouded. Airhog and some really cool people have got you covered in that department. By the way, when you decide to get a Condor, make sure that you check get the new ones, the ones with the new valve system. You may want to order directly from Air Force as a guarantee that you will get the new Condor.
