pyramid air got caught on the bad side again, i ordered four tins of JSB’s to be here in south louisiana today, fed ex has sent them to calif. and fed ex does not deal with the customer, so pyramid air get the pissed off customers, they try to fix it but it’s to late. no pellets until i go back to work, i could spit

Adam, USPS has a tracking #for express. It is so much more secure than priority, that the Ins. Is substantially less for express. That said, many of my customers have collectors Ins.. In fact, I really need to get it for myself.

Express gets there in three days guaranteed or your money back!

Yup, snow is covered in their Terms of Agreement. If it snows, if there’s a fire, anything like that, they are not bound to reimburse you. Of course, that’s shitty, but it’s the same for all couriers. The only way that that attitude will change is if you are a Premium Account and spend a lot of $ with them.

UPS isn’t any better. I send between 80 and 100 items a months through them and their dependability just keeps getting worse and worse and the real kicker is that they don’t give a fck or even make an attempt to act like they give a fck!

Last month I had a package that needed early am delivery for which they charged me an addition 35 dollars. It sat at their hub for 2 days because of snow. When I asked for a refund on just the early am charge, they said it wasn’t their fault so no way. I didn’t want it for free, just the surcharge waived. 👿

The drivers are cool and I’m friends with several of them. It is corporate that are a bunch of assfags.

the girl at pyramid really tried to help, but i was angry, later i called back and reordered, they really are helpful, and didnt deserve my attitude, but the pellet are on the way. and i’ll cont. to buy from them. yeah this is not the first shippment fed ex messed up for me. i wish there was an option for carriers. well you guys have a good weekend

Yep! I’m Fed-Up with Fed-Ex. They are now my EX- Shipper. They have screwed up every shippment I’ve ever gotter from them. I order express, 3 day), and get the regular shipping. Only with the larger bill!

I use to use thim in my buisness. Never again! Over priced, loose shipments, never want to pay, and don’t want to talk to you about it! For my personal buisness, I use USPS Express exclussively.

Fed-Ex is exactly that. I’m fed-up, and they are my EX!!!
