Dragonslayer.50 or 909s.45
I,m getting one or the other,but can,t make my mine up.I like the 45 ,more FPS,but i also like 50 more FPE but slower,what is your experiance with them,if you have had both or tried them out,what would you do,i can,t afford both,lol. Thanks,Paul

The 909 double tube that Sluggo offers now have pressure gauges.
I have one of each and they both have their pros and cons. The DS is very accurate and has a built in pressure gauge. The 909 is more powerful and has more bullet options. The DS has a better breech loading system because the breech O-ring on the 909 tends to get messed up. There are still double tube 909’s available. Contact Sluggo on this site. He had some new ones for sale.
I have the 909s Single tube. I get around 5 level shots out of it. Very accurate. For me, mine is as accurate as my DAQ Bandit.
More power out of the 909s than the DS50.
The DS is cool to say you have a 50 caliber, but for practicality, the 909s is the way to go. On the upside, I hear the DS is very accurate.
Also, mods for the DS are a bit on the thin side. There are some out there, but not quite as common as mods for the 909s.
The 909S have changed to single tube,would the power be the same, just more air volume. The S ,i guess means single tube,wonder why they changed to single. Thanks,Paul
I could be wrong, but I don’t beleive the Dragon Slayer is more powerful than the 909. I think it is actually less powerful. The 909 has FAR more pellet options as well. The Dragonslayer does have a reputation for extreme accuracy.
I would ask Tofazfou as he has a DragonSlayer and has probably shot a 909 before. I just have the 909 double tube version modified for 250+fpe so that is all I can speak of. It is powerful and accurate (5 shots under an inch at 50 yards).
Gotta say I’m very happy with the double tube 909.
