Does the AF Bipod allow the rifle to swivel left to right?

From the photos, I have seen, it appears it only allows up and down movement.

Since, I shoot off my deck, I have been using towels to bench my RWS 850. But, I thought since there is a bipod for the Talon/Condor, it would be nice to rest the bipod on my deck rails. But, if they down allow left to right movement, that would not allow me to shoot at distances past about 75 ft. By turning a bit to the right, I can shoot out past 150ft.

If a bipod doesn’t allow left to right, I can live with benching like I have been.
