damit – I shot the chrony.
The new scope is a little higher than I thought.
It’s got a hole just above one of the sensors — it still works!
All my years of reloading & I’ve never done this.
Well, maybe if I admit to it I won’t do it again.

Been there done that…still works. The scope is higher….ya thats the ticket!
I shot mine 3 times and it still works. 😀 Strong little buggers them chrony’s are…LOL
Don’t feel bad. My Chrony was 2 days old when I did this to it.
I guess that’s not as bad as a hole through it though. I feel for ya!

I’ve shot mine with a big bore… slammed a door on it….tipped it over and then I finally managed to destroy it by plugging a “9v” mains adapter into it when I couldnt find a 9v battery…. that was actually putting out 15v.
Sent it to Chrony for an “upgrade” and received a working Gamma for my Beta for about $35 😀
