Q:

Crap cocking knob finally gone!!!!!

Well was helping my buddy do some machining tonight and was complaining about the crappy cocking knob on my Condor and he says hey want to start making some Titanium parts for your Condor? I say giddy up!! So here is a one of as this was tough stuff to machine but I LOVE it!!! 😀

Next up how about a 4, yes 4 Oring Titanium breech for .25 upcoming .25 build!!! 😯

Yup this stuff is cool! Here are some pics sorry for my camera quality. 😕

It is a Talon tank I was using for testing against the Condor tank and I was just playing with different tophat settings to see how fat I could shoot a pellet at 2000 psi fill pressure in my Condor.

14 grain pellets launched at 962.4 fps at 2000 psi. But I have decided to go with the Condor valve even though the Talon tank yields WAY more consistant shot strings.

These little helis are neat to watch but man I don’t know if I would have enough guts to fly one but from what I have heard they fly well.

lol. He reminds me of this:

Kids of the 1980s will know of what I speak.

That little chopper is KICK ASS. My brother flys Chinooks and Blackhawks… or at least he did until he finally got out. Now he flies a StarFlight chopper for a hospital in Ohio. He always gets to see the gruesome wrecks and accidents. I don’t know if I could handle that, but I guess after flying for a year in Iraq, it must be a piece of cake.

Randy, Like the AF work… But liking that aircraft even more ❗

Randy ,is that a stock Condor tank? I’ve never seen a top hat out that far. What kind of crony #s you getting? Nice handle by the way. Thanks, Terry

Hey send me some ideas and lets see what happens he wants to get creative with my Condor. 😀

Tony seems to know what works here for sure, me I am just smiling as my buddy thinks up new ideas and uses my gun for fitting.

It is classed homebuilt/ultralight and that heli actually was bought by someone in Japan. These kits are made in North America and sold as Mosquitos, very reasonably priced considering the performance and capabilities.

Randy,

Sorry man but you need a titanium trigger guard.

I think McMike was talking about the copter.

All bolt on stuff no valves, bottles ,maybe a quick fill or pressure gauge adapter thats about it. I am doing a .25 build and he just suggested some accessories and a few minor changes would make the gun easy and better to shoot. But this is mostly one of stuff as labor is the killer at shop rates but who knows it will be a fun winter project.

Here in the US we get to kill ourselves all the time. As long as we dont make a huge mess its ok.

Huh!?!

Just when I thought that designing and making parts for 200bar pressure is kinda dangerous….

I would not design nor machine anything related to that device. I don’t know about US but here in Finland if a device is causing someone’s death the designers favourite TV-series is suddenly Prison Break 😀

He said it was a simple design he could make better. 🙂 He is ex-military and knows the right stuff.

Talk him into getting that Condor and then he will be making new parts all the time ).

Oh yes CNC machines, lathes, milling machines you name it even parts for a V6 Rover enginedd 4/5ths P-51 Mustang!!

Plus he wants a Condor!!

Do I dare ask for more and different parts for my Condor??
