Cool Shots to share

Some cool shots of this mornings observation. I actually found the buck tooth varmint working his teeth on the steel post at the bottom of the wire insulator. And a bit here with the wood.
Squirrels will be squirrels. The shot of the Dragon Fly is a “White Tail Skimmer” female from my yard yesterday.
I like to take some photos of Mr. Rodent in the mornings when I am off work.
I enjoy working my squirrel calls and distress call and watch his reactions.

They also make great desk tops! Just you wait until Anthony 226 is done working his machine magic on my SS. I rule the roost here in this back yard.

Oh yeah…
I forgot…None of that had to do with Air Rifles… 😳

Unless I am going to be like the Piper and charm the Rodents in.
All the Rats will come to Rap and Red Squirrels will Rock like Red Rockers.

😆

Incase anybody wonders my Rack had today
A shure wireless system in it that I can use if necessary.
Two Roland SDE 3000 Delays
One Roland SDE 1000
Two Furman PQ4 Parametric EQ’s. These things make the sound big time. Try looping through the amps send and return a Parametric EQ or even a MXR or BOSS EQ pedal and see the difference on what it will do with your amps sound. Much better than going through the instrument input in the front. The Parametric EQ will scoop out some mids and boost the bottom end and it seems like until you cross that path you really didn’t realize how mushy your prize amp sounds without it.
I also have an MXR Blue Face Flanger Doubler. Highly sought after and very smooth clean sound made back in the early 70’s and MXR stopped making em ….oh around early 80’s.
Just basics really… but it rocks with my Randall’s!!

Ha Ha… Alright Rabbits. I think I need psych help or meds. Today I was feeding one by hand. Im not that farking old mate. Only 45. There not supposed to come that close yet.
The Floyd band is Genius. All the best bands came from England or that area of the world anyway. Stones,Floyd,The Who,… Beatles<… The Zeppelin!!
I saw Randy Rhoads play in 1981 three months before he died. I still have my ticket stub and my California Friend Chris went to his funeral in California. I enjoyed the Ozzy years from Randy Tommy Aldridge Rudy Sarzo and The Ozz. But that was actually the band that did the tour. Those two album recordings had two guys original that were in England.
Bob Daisley and Lee Kerslake. Now Tommy Aldridge got the gig and I really don’t know what transpired all that but Tommy Aldridge is my all time favorite drummer mainly for his approach. I like many others and Im not saying he is the best. I just like him the best myself. I went to one of Tommy’s Drum Clinics and got to talk to him and he is just awesome when he lays the sticks down and does his hand routine. the only other guy who did that was Bonzo.
Randy is great but when he does the Sabbath material you have to remember that Toni and his machining accident and history and approach to the musicallity of Sabbath is still untouchable. I have seen the Sabb’s twice and it is really cool! And yet Randy’s material like Mr. Crowley and Revelation (mother Earth) is also bery unique.
It is too bad Randy was only with us for a short time. I have played guitar for 30 years. I also play drums and here are some shots of my current rig. I can groove anything from Zeppelin to Pantera! I dig the Dimebag. In fact I play Randall Amps and Dean Guitars. Check out my Drums also.
Yamaha Maple Custom Absolute in Blue Sparkle fade with two 24″ kicks.
My drums are modeled after my main influences which are Bonzo and Ian Paice of Deep Purple and Mr. Tommy Aldridge. I used to listen to Tommy play with Black Oak Arkansas back in my years in Elementry school.
Take a peak…
I bet that Squirrel would want to live in my bass drum until I step on the Pedal!

I make a superb Dimebag signature speed knob if anyone here needs a set for their guitar. I ripped the guts out of the pedal board so I could fit what I use in the damb thing.
I simply like to rock and I do.

Always remember this. Bands come and go… the most important thing is,is that you play. Follow your heart.

I posted that before I read the other post… But I didnt know what the song was… I figured it was IRA related though..

Your Killing Me. Author is Roger Waters, Pink Floyd. The most talented Lyricist God has ever gifted. The line I quoted was from ” The Final Cut” Circa 1980. Waters has a way with words and he was referring to the shameful event when the IRA cowardly blew up the Bandsman at a Royal Function. I remember the graphic images on the news channels that day or shortly there after. By Birthright I am an American. My family decendents and heritage, ……..bloodline is Irish, English, Scottish. And somehow part Spanish.

I will make a new post a to Yellow Ninja from my favorite band of all time and see If he can guess the author. Hint. Ninj is from a pretty tough area, you know his part of the World. Probably seen some pretty crazy shit from where he’s from. I’m guessin Ninj is in our age group. I’ll make a new Topic and see if he can guess the Author, not so much the Band, but the Author . Check new Post.

I’m less than 30…..

I do like Black Sabbath though…. Cannot remember song lyrics at all though, even my favourite songs….. no clue what the words are, more focosed on the instruments.

DragonFly Slayer

At this point you are my fucking hero. I first listened to Black Sabbath when I was 11 years old. I am forty six now. ( It’s okay to slap Lama around for the mere fact that he does not like Black Sabbath) As soon as I saw what you quoted I knew it. Only from singing it to myself a thousand times over. You now have an accomplice and possibly a friend for life. I mean, NOBODY knows Sabbath like me or you do. This is to cool.

I was more of a Randy Rhodes kind of kid. However, Toni still rocks hard.

Yeah…My Sabatoge Years….

I dig Toni Iommi.
