Q:

condor with micro-meter

😕 Why did my new condor dump all its air with micro-meter tank? 2800psi, did it on the 8th shot, 30’F outside, gun was only out side for about 7 min, wheel on about 6 1/2, jsb heavy .177? And I definitly push pellets in all the way. When I heard the air I quikly pushed bolt foreward to stop the air, and it stoped. I will recharge to 2800, will try again. Thanks

Rembered when first took micro-meter tank out of box I was playing with it,thought top hat was lose and turned it a couple of times, turns out it was tight, could the maybe 2 1/2 rotations have done anything? The whole stem turned. When it had no air, the spring didn’t to me seem very strong. I thought the micro-meter tank was supposed to work with the condor? Any help? Oh yea, was happy to see that with the good shoots, the .177 condor with micro-meter was about as loud as a sheridan with 5 pumps, don’t think 6.

It might be possible that turning the top hat and stem you accidently loosened and backed out the spring retainer which applies pressure to the valve seat. Depending on how much it was loosened that could be why you are dumping air.

Well tried it again, this time 5 good shoots then two parcial dumps and then full dumping of air. Whats going on? The 5 jsb heavies did go into 5/8″ at 28 yds.
