Compressed Air vs. Nitrogen?
Is it fine to fill a bulk tank with nitrogen and fill my SS tank with it? Does it matter if it is compressed air or nitrogen?
I just called like 20 scuba stores and they don’t fill to 4500psi. Only the local paintball store does but they use nitrogen.

What he said. Same tank I have.
The 6k psi tank i looked at was about 5ft tall and weighed 240lbs. 666 cu ft.
Im filling after 30 shots, maybe needing 1000psi a fill.
What size of bottle is that … one of those 70 pounders ?
Ive been using a 6000psi N2 tank for over a month. Ive filled my gun at least 40 times, and the tank is still at 5800psi.

The air we breath is 70% Nitrogen. You can fill your tank just fine with it.
Airforce has come out and approved the use of N2 in their guns.
Nitrogen is 100% fine to use in any PCP.

I use the Harris 8700 regulator for my nitrogen tank…Allen.
