I FOUND THESE QUICK RELEASE HOSE CLAMPS ON EBAY FOR $11 SHIPPED
TAPPED THE COLLARS ADDED A SCRAP PIECE OF ALUMINUM AND IT TURNED OUT NICE
THE COLLARS ARE LOOSE ON THE BOTTTLE SO YOU WOULD NEED TO PUT A LITTLE BIT OF DUCT TAPE OR SOMETHING ON EITHER THE BOTTLE OR THE CLAMPS SO THEY ARE SNUG
OVERALL THE BUTT PAD COST BOUT 12 BUCKS

I think I would use just one bolt on the buttplate so I could change the cant.
