Calling BLODNOB! I need some help with one of your valves
About a month and a half ago, I got one of your valves used from chad. It had a slight leak, but today I made a new delrin insert, and the leak is gone. The first time I tried shooting it was today, and it will not open much. I have an 80 gram hammer installed, and even with the PW at full spring tension, it will only get 16 gr. JSB’s at 400 fps.
I think this might be one of your older model valves. The valve stem is inserted from the back, and is what seals against the delrin that is inserted into the valve body.

Sounds as if the delrin has closed up around the stem under pressure.
Cant remember off hand what clearance it was but probly around .5mm.
I had the same thing happen when i tried making the seats from PTFE.
Or maybee the O ring if you put one under the seat has compressed and closed up. Try a clearance drill if you can or try it without the O ring first.
Try that first and if no luck send it to me and al sort it.
