Q:

Burris…..suitable????

One of the guys I used to work with, just retired, and is moving to a more friendly (spelled “Warmer”) climate. He’s gotten rid of a bunch of his hunting stuff. He kindly left a Burris Fulfield II 3-9×40(?) scope in my mailbox. It’s a nice scope. I’m not sure if it would serve an air rifle well. Comments welcomed!!

Thanks 😀

Burris are the shit. Nice scope use it well.

Burris claims that scopes they make are airgun-rated. Most of them have AO, so you can focus down to short distances. I am not sure about magnum power springers though. When a scope is airguns friendly, it does not mean however that it is capable of withstanding punishing two-way recoil of springers. But, Burris scopes carry a full lifetime warranty. You don’t even need a receipt to replace one. Great scopes overall.
