Q:

Anyone get tanks filled at Sport Chalet?

Does anyone use this type of CF tank

If you do, have you been able to get it filled at a sport chalet store?
They charge $5 for fills up to 4500psi, I am just not sure if they will fill this type of tank.

I am just curious before I shell out the money for a 44 CF 4500 psi tank.

My local dive shop can only fill to 3500, and that would suck. I found another company that will fill this bottle, but they charge $20 for a 4500 psi fill.

Sport Chalet stores are located in CA, NV, UT, and AZ

The Sports Chalet in Antioch Ca. will fill a SCBA to 4500lbs. They also have the adapter to do so.

I bought my Talon Tank adapter for $25 from Mac1 and male to male for $10.

If you send him your talon tank adapter then he only charges $15 for the complete adapter.

Now I am on the hunt for an inexpensive male to male foster connector (got any links for good pricing on foster fittings?):wink:

I ordered the 1/4 to foster male from pyramydair $25.00 ouch!
