40mm titanium tube conversion.

Few pics of a 40mm x 3mm walls titanium tube i just did for a Rapid.

The odd colour on the ends is the anodising. This has to be done to stop the threads grabbing/gauling up when screwd 2gether (again).
Tube has a gound OD. But polished is available and will try some fade anodising for jollys later.
The plugs are Ti’ also with a Theoben bottle valve screwd in. I’ll make a delrin screw on cap when it gets back from having the carbon shroud fitted.
Gunna get some Ti’ to make a few HW100 conversions. Them tubes are all stainless n weigh a ton. Should make a good gun better.
