1st major issue with my Vulcan

I can’t get the mag out. I think it might be the little pin that protrudes from behind the mag. It has caused a slight issue before but cocking a few times freed it. Now nothing seems to work. I’ve now cocked and shot all the rounds in the mag trying to get it to possibly shift. Now I can’t close the cocking lever because the mag is empty.
How do I get this mag out and fix it so it doesn’t happen again?
Never mind. Operator Error. The pin that prevents the mag from rotating was partially extended into the mag. It still allowed pellets to advance but the mag wouldn’t release to remove.
