10-meter rules for sights?

What are the rules/restrictions on the types of sighting systems used on 10-meter competition for pistols and/or rifles?
Are Electronic sights permitted? (red-dot or other….)
Are “Fiber Optic” sights permitted? With natural available light illumination only perhaps?

Or are there different classes for these?
Does this correspond to powder burner pistol competition as well or derived from it?
