Yeah it is nice to be able to just walk outside and shoot....like in the spring, summer, and fall but I shoot in all kinds of weather. Only the most extreme weather would keep me from getting trigger time. _________________ If you don't have time to do something right when are you going to have time to do it again |

With that much snow you could make a tunnel to block the wind. _________________ If you don't have time to do something right when are you going to have time to do it again |

Yup.
I got emails from a guy I know at NWS in Taunton about it and also NOAA weather alerts.
Basically snow starting Wednesday morning, getting heavier throughout day with about 12-14" of accumulation. That is tailored for the cape tho, might be a bit different up by you. _________________ Per diem, per noctem |

hehe... yeah I was waiting for some squirrels to get brave but no go today. Saw one this evening when I went to my pops house. Song birds ate all my sun flower seeds. O well. Did see a hawk snatch up a starling mid flight today. That was pretty f'n cool!!! |

I had a good day today with a blue sky and knee deep drifts across the range. I only made 2 trips to the 50 yard line and it was worth it shooting in 22F with a slight breeze I got a 2" group with 18 shots cutting up the center of the target above the one I was aiming at. Hey, I'm trying to zero in for 100 yards so hitting 4 1/4" high consistently at 50 yards puts me right on for 100 yards per ChairGun Pro.
This Tuesday storm will no doubt cover my tracks and add another 8-10 inches of snow in my area. Probably no more shooting this week. |

Just a FYI, if you get it on in chairgun with the right specs, it will be dead on correct.
I was making a range chart this weekend for my .22lr in 25 yard increments out to 100. I didn't have anything going into it, just shooting and estimating. I found with a 25yd sight in it was .5" high at 50 and 5.5" low at 100. Put it in on chairgun and that is exactly what it says as well. So it's telling the truth. _________________
