Hunting with .22 Cricket

Postby HeineKevin » Fri Feb 03, 2017 2:06 am

Hi

I am new here .Had my Cricket since August 2013. Was serviced by Wingman when I bought it and then 18 months later he redid the regulator for me .

Been out hunting a bit at this one site just outside Chritchurch NZ . 3 x trips out and the pcp makes me look a better shooter than I am .

:tag: ............ Nice ! ....... what pellet and speed is it setup ?

Mines is set to send JSB 18g @ 880 fps and seems to like it there the best.

It's one of the most accurate BP I have in my collection, last crony work after I rebuilt the reg.

........ with one of my custom off set LDC with CNC internals, it's a slight over kill but it's sickly super quiet !!

Nice looking guns.
Them off set LDC look way cool Greg, I bet them are one off and made just for you.
Rabbits are so lean almost zero fat, You will die if that is all you ate,
Been good to know 30 years ago when I need 10% body fat for crazy reasons , Girl chasing,

I designed them off and on for years, just interested in the educational aspects and the science of it .... those where made with the help of an old friend that's into machining ......... and I'm not into selling them.

Yah no wonder they must be lean, those rabbits alot of time I've seen them wrap in bacon to keep them moist and adding in a bit of fat as well.

Cool night shooting .... I do it as well ..... show us more about your NV setup rig when u can.
